Dine on a delightful four-course dinner beginning with Hawaiian Big Eye Ahi Tartare and Caviar followed by Hirabara Baby Green Salad. Then enjoy a delectable Beef Tenderloin and Lobster Tail entrée and the meal is topped off with a Waialua Estates Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse. A memorable evening under the stars to welcome 2024!
